  1. This overview of the ways in which Google can transform the ways in which we "do" education is comprehensive. Though I could not digest all of the content in one sitting, many items jumped off the pages as easily applied to any classroom setting. Not only do these options in Google provide multiple platforms for student and teacher engagement, but they also are swiftly becoming the norm in a 21st century education and work environments. We HAVE to prepare our students for this world. To that end, Google has huge assets in teacher staff development. In an era of diminishing resources, the absolute volume of FREE resources could transform our ideas of the necessity for textbooks. Training teachers in seamless integration into the classroom of Google resources has to be a priority.

  2. Excellent insight Sue. As I chronicle Web 2.0 Foundations in posts here under the "label" "pd" I hope to exhibit how weaving tools we have accessible already and at our fingertips can be accomplished. I would love your insight on any of the posts after this one also. Thank you for reading!
